NLJ COLOUR RESPONSIBITY POLICY

All guests require a sensitivity test (also known as a skin test) 48 hours prior to any colour service.

A test will be required if;

- You are a new guest to the salon

-You have coloured your hair at home

-Your regular colour application hasn't been within 6 months

- You are or could be pregnant

I am unable to carry out any colour service without a sensitivity test. 

Anyone under the age of 16 if unable to have any colour service.

If I feel your hair condition will suffer from any desired service, I may require further tests and I reserve the right to cancel any colour service (this is for you and your hairs best interest in mind!)

NLJ HAIR SENSITIVITY POLICY

At NLJHair I appreciate every single guest who visits me. This is why I am so strict with sensitivity testing because your safety is my number one concern. A Sensitivity test must be carried out 48 hours before all colour services. Guests may be required to have another test if you haven't had a colour service with me within 6 months or new colouring products are being used. If you arrive and have not attended your test at least 48 hours prior to a colour service and all steps havn't been adhered to, the appointment can not go ahead and a cancellation fee may be added. I understand how frustrating it is to travel and attend for a 5 minute test but it is so important for your saftey and you never know when you may have a reaction ( even if you have coloured your hair for years and years).
